Softball Recap: Hilbert Takes a Loss

Hilbert lost to Mishicot back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolves fell 7-2 to the Indians.

Hilbert saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddie Schnurer, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Schnurer is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games she's played.

Hilbert's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Mishicot, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Mishicot beat Hilbert by a score of 16-2 on Thursday.
