Volleyball Recap: Ross Starts Season with Win at Home + How To Watch

Ross took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Saturday. They blew past the Norwalk Truckers 3-0.

Ross' got stronger as the match went on, holding Norwalk to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-16.

Ross found their leader in sophomore Hayden Dircksen, who had 24 digs and two aces.

Ross was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 20 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Ross will challenge Findlay at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Little Giants their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Norwalk, they will face off against Edison at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
