Soccer Recap: Highland Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Highland was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They came up short against the Clear Fork Colts, falling 4-1. Highland have struggled against Clear Fork recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Highland's goal came courtesy of Christian Mason, who's now up to 14 this season.

Highland's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-3. As for Clear Fork, they pushed their record up to 6-3-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Highland will welcome Fairbanks at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Clear Fork, they are taking a road trip to take on Hiland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clear Fork will need to watch out since Hiland have now posted at least four goals in their last four games.
