Volleyball Recap: Northeast Metro RVT Comes Up Short

Northeast Metro RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Whittier RVT Wildcats. The Knights were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Northeast Metro RVT's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Whittier RVT, their victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.

Coming up, Northeast Metro RVT will challenge Gloucester at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Whittier RVT, they will head out to face off against Georgetown at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
