Basketball Recap: St. Ignatius Takes a Loss

St. Ignatius was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a blow against the Ronan Chiefs, falling 74-16. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Lex LaFrombois was St. Ignatius' leading scorer, having posted nine points.

St. Ignatius' defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Ronan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

St. Ignatius didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-28 loss against Arlee on the 11th. As for Ronan, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Columbia Falls at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
