Volleyball Recap: St. Peter's Comes Up Short

St. Peter lost against Central Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartans came up short against the Comets, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-2, 25-7.

St. Peter's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Central Christian, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

Coming up, St. Peter's will look to defend their home court on Monday against St. Mary Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. The Spartans are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Central Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Washington on the 6th.
