Edmonds-Woodway never let their opponents score on Thursday. They walked away with a 4-0 victory over the Archbishop Murphy Wildcats. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won four in a row.

Carter Disney looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Bennett Loeffler relieved him and did a solid job, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Edmonds-Woodway saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trevelyan Podawiltz, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI. Jesus Andrade Martinez also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Edmonds-Woodway's record is now 12-4. As for Archbishop Murphy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13-1 record this season.
