Basketball Game Preview: Heartland Christian Academy Eagles vs. Heritage Academy Warrior

Heartland Christian Academy is 8-0 against Heritage Academy since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Heartland Christian Academy Eagles will host the Heritage Academy Warrior at 6:00 p.m.

Last Monday, Heartland Christian Academy came up short against Sunnydale Academy and fell 62-49. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with Sunnydale Academy: they've now lost six in a row.

Despite their loss, Heartland Christian Academy saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Titus Bock, who posted 17 points, was perhaps the best of all. Bock's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaydn Aldridge, who earned 14 points.

Meanwhile, Heritage Academy didn't have too much trouble with Crosspoint Christian back in December of 2024 as they won 70-56. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warrior.

Heritage Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Heartland Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Heartland Christian Academy took their victory against Heritage Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 76-56. Does Heartland Christian Academy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Heritage Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
