Volleyball Recap: North Forrest Extends Road Winning Streak to Six

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greene County, North Forrest was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Lumberton Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 17, 2019, but that streak is no more.

North Forrest pushed their record up to 2-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lumberton, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Forrest will head out to take on Forrest County Agricultural at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lumberton, they will venture away from home to face off against Tylertown at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
