With a playoff win on the line, Cowanesque Valley rose to the challenge on Monday. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights. For the Indians, this counts as revenge for the 9-6 win the Golden Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2022.
Loagan Stickler was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run. That's the most doubles he has posted since back in May of 2024.
The victory made it two in a row for Cowanesque Valley and bumps their season record up to 15-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Neumann Regional Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5.
