Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Perry Central). They blew past the Paoli Rams 19-5 on Monday. The Commodores have beaten the Rams the last seven times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Rams has come to flipping the script.

Perry Central's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-6. As for Paoli, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perry Central will host Cannelton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Paoli, they will welcome Springs Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
