            The Franklin Central Flashes will square off against the Brownsburg Bulldogs at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
Having struggled with 11  defeats in a row, Franklin Central  turned things around against Indianapolis Bishop Chatard  on Tuesday. They never let the Trojans get on the board and left with  a   3-0  victory.
Franklin Central got a great performance from  Ryan Lovell as he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits over 4.2 innings pitched.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Nevan Tutterow, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  he has posted since back in April of 2024.  Nate Schwark was another key player,  going 1-for-2 with two  runs.
The scorekeeper got an easy start  on Friday as neither Brownsburg nor Decatur Central made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Bulldogs walked away with  a   4-1  win over the Hawks. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Bulldogs.
 Brownsburg saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Canyon Koonce, who  went 2-for-4 with one  stolen base and one  RBI. Koonce is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last five games he's  played.  Jackson Wagner also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
 The  victory was their first  at home , bumping their record up to 3-13. As for Brownsburg, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.
 Franklin Central came out on top in a nail-biter against Brownsburg in their previous meeting  back in May of 2024, sneaking past  5-4. Do  the Flashes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
