Basketball Game Preview: Grace Christian Academy Crusaders vs. Beecher Bobcats

Grace Christian Academy hasn't had much luck against Beecher recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Grace Christian Academy Crusaders will head out on the road to face off against the Beecher Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Grace Christian Academy is headed into Monday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Friday. They were dealt a 47-20 loss at the hands of Calvary Christian Academy. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-12.

Miranda Glenn put forth a good effort for the losing side as she posted eight points in addition to six boards and three steals.

Meanwhile, Beecher lost 60-35 to Prairie Central on Thursday. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Beecher's defeat dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Grace Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-19.

Things could have been worse for Grace Christian Academy, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 45-28 loss to Beecher when the teams last played back in January. Can Grace Christian Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
