Football Game Recap: Triton vs. Cumberland

After a disappointing 8 points in the contest before, Triton made sure to put some points up on the board against Cumberland on Friday. Triton put a hurting on Cumberland to the tune of 35-0. Triton have a history of success against Cumberland, winning their last head-to-head 45-34.

The win got Triton back to even at 2-2. Cumberland are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.

Triton will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against Cherry Hill West in two weeks at 7:00 PM. Cherry Hill West also lit up the scoreboard in their last match, so this could be a high-scoring match. As for Cumberland, they will face off against Bridgeton. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses for Cumberland and three for Bridgeton.
