Volleyball Recap: Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise Takes a Loss

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the USC Hybrid Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-12.

USC Hybrid had a senior duo take command as Francisco Sandoval had 20 digs and ten aces and Anthony Ramirez had seven kills, four digs, and four aces. Another player making a difference was Abraham Perez, who had eight kills, five digs, and two aces.

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for USC Hybrid, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise and USC Hybrid will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise sees the court they'll take on University Prep Value at 4:30 p.m. on the 21st. As for USC Hybrid, their break will end when they face Neuwirth Leadership Academy at 3:00 p.m. on the 21st.
