             Thunderbird entered their  match against Yuma Catholic  on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Thunderbird Titans took a  blow against the Yuma Catholic Shamrocks, falling  45-14. The  contest marked the Titans' lowest-scoring  matchup so far this season.
 When it comes to explaining why Thunderbird lost, don't look at  Daryl Little II. Despite the final result, he picked up 51 receiving yards and two touchdowns.  Joseph Francis also helped out with an impressive 94  receiving yards.
  Nash Ott was  his usual excellent self, throwing for 262 yards and three touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes for Yuma Catholic. What's more,  Ott also racked up 27  rushing yards, the mosthe's  had since back in September of 2023.  Sir Stokes was  Ott's top target, picking up 113 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 Thunderbird's loss  ended  a  six-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 6-1. As for Yuma Catholic,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 6-1.
 Coincidentally,  the two teams will both be playing Buckeye the next time they take the field. Yuma Catholic will  host Buckeye at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday, while Thunderbird will head out to face them  at 7:00  p.m.  on October 25th.
