Basketball Recap: Hulbert Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

Porter came into Saturday's contest looking for another win against Hulbert, but Sadie Chambers wouldn't allow it. The Hulbert Riders were the clear victor by a 49-25 margin over the Porter Pirates on Saturday thanks in part to Chambers, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 13 boards. She has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last ten times she's played.

Hulbert's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Porter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-5.

Hulbert has already played their next matchup, a 74-21 victory against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on the 21st. Porter has also already played their next game (against Barnsdall), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
