It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Roosevelt had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Orcutt Academy Spartans as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Rough Riders as they're now sitting on three straight.

One reason for the win was Roosevelt's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19, 25-17.

Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 12-17. As for Orcutt Academy, they moved to 25-6 with that loss, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.

Roosevelt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Nipomo on the 15th. Orcutt Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
