Volleyball Recap: Windward Comes Up Short

Windward's tournament run continued when they took on Roosevelt on Saturday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs.

Windward's defeat dropped their record down to 26-7. As for Roosevelt, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-12.

Windward and Roosevelt should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Wildcats (ranked 35th) will meet Campbell Hall (ranked 746th) at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Roosevelt will take on Corona at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (152 vs. 674).
