Baseball Recap: King's Christian Knights vs. Westtown
King's Christian had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 10-6 to Westtown on Thursday. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Westtown apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.
Levi Smith made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of MJ Pancurak, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
King's Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-4 victory against Delaware County Christian on the 20th. As for Westtown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-2 loss against Boulder on the 26th.
