Softball Recap: Manila Takes a Loss

Manila lost against Walnut Ridge back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lions took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Manila now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Walnut Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Manila will take on rival Rivercrest at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Walnut Ridge is set to square off against their familiar foe Hoxie at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
