Incline is 8-2 against Sparks since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Highlanders will take on the Railroaders at 3:00 p.m. Incline is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Incline played against Wooster on Monday and lost via forfeit.

Sparks fell victim to South Tahoe and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 20-0 to the Vikings. While losing is never fun, Sparks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 74th in Nevada, while South Tahoe are ranked 17th in California).

Sparks' loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Incline, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-1.

Incline was able to grind out a solid victory over Sparks in their previous matchup back in September, winning 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Highlanders since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
