Basketball Recap: Poplar Drops Season-High Score on Malta

Poplar scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 79-74 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Malta Mustangs. The Indians just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Poplar's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Malta, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Poplar has already played their next matchup (against Culbertson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Malta has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Roy/Winifred.
