Baseball Recap: Northwest Vikings vs. Henry County Patriots
Northwest lost against Henry County last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Vikings came up short against the Patriots, falling 15-6. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northwest got a good showing from Bronson Cordell, who pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Cordell is becoming a predictor of the Vikings' success: when he allows at most one hit the team is 2-1 (and 1-13 when he doesn't).
On the hitting side, Jacoby Bradberry was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Tharpe, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.
