Volleyball Recap: Georgia School for Innovation & Classics Comes Up Short

Georgia School for Innovation & Classics was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Burke County Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-5.

Georgia School for Innovation & Classics' loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Burke County, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 23-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Georgia School for Innovation & Classics will host Augusta E at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Burke County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Westside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
