Strongsville entered their tilt with Chardon on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. Their defense stepped up to hand the Hilltoppers a 4-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Hayden Frye as he scored three goals for his team.

Strongsville's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Chardon, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1-1.
