Basketball Recap: Clear Lake Victorious

While Clear Lake didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They managed a 45-40 victory over the Shell Lake Lakers on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win made it two in a row for Clear Lake and bumps their season record up to 8-1. As for Shell Lake, they dropped their record down to 7-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clear Lake will face off against Siren at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Clear Lake is facing Siren at the right time seeing as Siren is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Shell Lake, they will square off against Luck at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
