Softball Recap: Langtree Charter Lions vs. Mountain Island Charter Raptors
Langtree Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They suffered a tough 21-2 defeat at the hands of the Mountain Island Charter Raptors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Langtree Charter of the 15-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Tuesday.
Langtree Charter saw one different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Reese Horton, who went 1-for-2 with a stolen base and an RBI. Horton is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last three games she's played.
