Softball Game Preview: Bosqueville Bulldogs vs. Moody Bearcats

Bosqueville has gone a perfect 7-0 against Moody recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Bosqueville is taking a road trip to take on Moody at 6:00 p.m. Bosqueville's pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so Moody's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Bosqueville's usually-dominant pitching crew will be looking to make up for Saturday's struggle, when Gatesville hitters got past them. Bosqueville took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of Gatesville on Saturday. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Moody lost 11-4 to Jonesboro on Friday.

Moody has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6-1 record this season. Bosqueville's defeat dropped their record down to 12-4-1.

Bosqueville came out on top in a nail-biter against Moody in their previous matchup back in February, sneaking past 5-4. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bosqueville since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
