Softball Recap: Franklinville Panthers vs. Ellicottville Eagles

Franklinville had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 4-8 to make it four. They lost 7-1 to the Ellicottville Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered since April 23, 2024.

As for Ellicottville, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games.
