Volleyball Recap: Tishomingo Comes Up Short

Tishomingo lost against Ector last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Tishomingo ultimately came up short, they really made Ector work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-21.

Tishomingo's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Ector, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6-1 record this season.

Tishomingo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Saint Jo on the 11th. As for Ector, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Chico on the 11th.
