Demopolis is a perfect 10-0 against Selma since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Demopolis will be playing in front of their home fans against Selma at 4:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Demopolis' favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Selma has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

On Tuesday, Demopolis was able to grind out a solid victory over Gordo, taking the game 7-3. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Green Wave recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Selma came up short against JAG on Tuesday, falling 19-6.

Samarion Woods made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

The victory got Demopolis back to even at 8-8. As for Selma, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything went Demopolis' way against Selma when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Demopolis made off with an 18-3 win. Does Demopolis have another victory up their sleeve, or will Selma turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
