Soccer Recap: Metamora Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Metamora can now relate to. They fell just short of the Normal West Wildcats by a score of 1-0 on Friday. Metamora haven't had much luck with Normal West recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Metamora's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7-5. As for Normal West, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-4-2.

As of now, neither Metamora nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
