Basketball Recap: Oilton Takes a Loss

Oilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 92-24 loss at the hands of the Davenport Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 79-10 loss back in December of 2024.

Oilton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-24. As for Davenport, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Looking ahead, Oilton will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Hominy at 6:30 p.m. Davenport does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
