Baseball Recap: Labrae Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

LaBrae saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 9-6 win over the Mogadore Wildcats. That's two games straight that the Vikings have won by exactly three runs.

Owen Boone was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Ethan Magoulick, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

LaBrae has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Mogadore, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

As of now, neither LaBrae nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
