Basketball Game Preview: Loudonville Redbirds vs. East Knox Bulldogs

The Loudonville Redbirds will venture away from home to square off against the East Knox Bulldogs at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Loudonville managed to keep up with Northmor until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Loudonville came up short against Northmor, falling 77-55. The Redbirds' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Meanwhile, East Knox came into Friday's contest having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They escaped with a win on Friday against Danville by the margin of a single free throw, 59-58.

East Knox's win bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Loudonville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.

Things could have been worse for Loudonville, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 61-44 loss to East Knox in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. Can Loudonville avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
