Volleyball Recap: Brecken Jorgenson Key Part of Team Effort in Timberwolves Win

Timpanogos won the last time they faced West Jordan and things went their way on Thursday too. The Timberwolves skirted past the Jaguars 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Timberwolves.

Timpanogos was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (111-105), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 14-25, 25-23, 25-18, 22-20.

Timpanogos got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brecken Jorgenson out in front who had 13 digs and two assists.

Timpanogos now has a winning record of 2-1. As for West Jordan, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Timpanogos will challenge Kearns at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Timberwolves are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for West Jordan, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Riverton at 6:00 p.m.
