Basketball Game Preview: Seguin Matadors vs. Edison Golden Bears

The Seguin Matadors will challenge the Edison Golden Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Seguin is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering La Grange just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 50-35 bruising from the Leopards.

Meanwhile, Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 32-31 heartbreaker at the hands of Jefferson.

Seguin's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-14. As for Edison, their loss dropped their record down to 5-17.
