Red Mountain is 8-2 against Skyline since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Red Mountain Mountain Lions are taking a road trip to face off against the Skyline Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. Red Mountain has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Friday, Red Mountain was fully in charge, breezing past Westwood 68-27. Given the Mountain Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 36th, while the Warriors are ranked 247th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Skyline hadn't done well against Dobson recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Skyline blew past Dobson 53-32. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Coyotes have posted against the Mustangs since January 14, 2020.

The win made it two in a row for Skyline and bumps their season record up to 5-15. As for Red Mountain, they pushed their record up to 16-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Red Mountain was able to grind out a solid win over Skyline when the teams last played back in January, winning 44-32. The rematch might be a little tougher for Red Mountain since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
