The North Kissimmee Christian Lions can now show off 20 landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat New Jerusalem Christian Academy 93-56 at home. The win was nothing new for North Kissimmee Christian as they're now sitting on six straight.
North Kissimmee Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Justin Veras, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Veras has scored all season. Anthony Morales was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds.
North Kissimmee Christian pushed their record up to 26-5 with that win, which was their 12th straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 85.1 points per game. As for New Jerusalem Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
North Kissimmee Christian will face off against Community Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Kissimmee Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past 21 matches -- so hopefully Community Christian likes a good challenge. New Jerusalem Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
