KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate has gone 7-1 against Nashoba Valley Tech recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Panthers will look to defend their home court against the Vikings at 6:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate has five straight wins, Nashoba Valley Tech has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate found their leader in freshman Genevieve Arcangel, who had nine digs and seven aces. Those seven aces set a new season-high mark for Arcangel.

KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 21 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 17 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Nashoba Valley Tech came up short against Minuteman Regional on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Minuteman Regional scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-17.

KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Nashoba Valley Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.
