Volleyball Game Preview: Chillicothe Cavaliers vs. Logan Elm Braves

Chillicothe is 1-6 against Logan Elm since August of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Cavaliers will face off against the Braves at 7:15 p.m. Chillicothe is coming into the contest hot, having won their last six games.

On Saturday, Chillicothe earned a 3-1 victory over Athens.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 21-25, 25-23, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Logan Elm came up short against Circleville on Thursday and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-22, 21-25, 25-23, 25-16.

Chillicothe will need to focus on slowing down Macy Greene, one of several Logan Elm players who made an impact when they last played. She had 11 digs. Kimberly Petty was another key player, getting five digs and three aces.

Chillicothe's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Logan Elm, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-3.

Chillicothe couldn't quite get it done against Logan Elm when the teams last played back in September of 2024 as they fell 3-1. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Braves' Sadie Binkley, who had 29 digs and five assists.
