Basketball Game Preview: South Haven Christian vs. Berean Christian Kingsmen

South Haven Christian will be taking part in a tournament against the Berean Christian Kingsmen at 3:40 p.m. on Thursday. South Haven Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Berean Christian likes a good challenge.

South Haven Christian will bounce into Thursday's match after beating Franklin Road Christian, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. South Haven Christian enjoyed a cozy 66-50 victory over Franklin Road Christian on Tuesday. South Haven Christian pushed the score to 60-36 by the end of the third, a deficit Franklin Road Christian cut but never quite recovered from.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Berean Christian). They skirted past Union Grove Christian 74-72. The win was some much needed relief for the Kingsmen as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Berean Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for South Haven Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.
