Soccer Recap: Incline vs. North Valleys
Incline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the North Valleys Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Highlanders of the 4-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Incline's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for North Valleys, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Incline will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on South Tahoe at 12:00 p.m. on October 19th. As for North Valleys, they will face off against Wooster at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Valleys knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Wooster likes a good challenge.
