Football Recap: Woodland Park Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Woodland Park duked it out with La Junta on Friday. The Panthers took a blow against the Tigers, falling 58-6. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-0.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bryce Bischoff, who threw for 149 yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 52 yards. Nathan Summeril was another key receiver, picking up 131 receiving yards and one score.

Woodland Park's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for La Junta, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2.
