Baseball Game Preview: Bethany Bronchos vs. Clinton Red Tornadoes

For the second straight game, Bethany will face off against Clinton. Bethany will challenge Clinton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bethany has five straight wins, Clinton has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Monday, Bethany earned a 6-1 victory over Clinton.

For Clinton's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ayden Crumley, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI. Those two hits gave Crumley a new career-high. Easten Powell also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Bethany's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Clinton, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.
