Volleyball Recap: Moapa Valley Takes a Loss

The Moapa Valley Pirates came up short against Tournament Opponent on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Tag Jensen paced Moapa Valley's offense, picking up seven kills. Jensen got some help from Spencer Stolworthy and his 14 assists. Stolworthy was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Moapa Valley's loss dropped their record down to 8-7.

Moapa Valley has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Valley on the 19th. Tournament Opponent has also already played their next game (against Desert Oasis), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
