Volleyball Recap: Omro Takes a Loss

Omro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Sturgeon Bay Clippers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Foxes of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2022.

Their offense was headlined by Madeline Chase and Addison Larsen, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Kira Button and her four assists.

Omro's defeat dropped their record down to 7-24. As for Sturgeon Bay, their win bumped their record up to 7-22.

Omro didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Hilbert on the 4th. As for Sturgeon Bay, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Wittenberg-Birnamwood on the 4th.
