Basketball Recap: Laredo LBJ Takes a Loss

Laredo LBJ was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Medina Valley Panthers, falling 56-31. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1072nd, while the Panthers are ranked 396th).

Laredo LBJ's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Medina Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-11 record this season.

Laredo LBJ will take on Non Varsity Opponent in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Medina Valley, they will be home for the holidays to greet Alexander at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
