Softball Recap: Trenton Central Comes Up Short

Trenton Central fell victim to Princeton and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 21-0. The defeat leaves the Tornadoes still looking for their first win of the season.

Trenton Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Princeton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trenton Central will venture away from home to take on Nottingham at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Princeton, they will head out to challenge Notre Dame at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Irish will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
